We built our first home in 2004 with SEMCO Homes and have now finished building our second home with them as well and are very excited. We loved our first home!  It was absolutely gorgeous!  We received compliments all the time from friends who paid more for their new homes.  The Designer was very helpful in selecting paint colors, tile, wood stain, and fixtures that compliment each other.  Our Construction Manager was always available to answer any questions that we had.  All of the work crews did such a wonderful job that the end result is something to brag about.
